Clean, neat, and comfortable stay. The home was well-prepared and matched the listing. A couple of minor maintenance items came up but didn’t disrupt anything, and the host/manager was receptive when I mentioned them. River access was as advertised; it could use a little sprucing up, but it was still a nice feature. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall, a solid stay.
The immediate approach roads to the area were a bit rough/neglected, but once there it was peaceful. The décor style isn’t my personal aesthetic, but it was thoughtfully done and didn’t affect my stay.

Well decorated, On the water, plenty of beds, roomy, 2 refrigerators, lots of extras , staff flexible with early arrival, had everything we needed, did not have any issues with location as we drove to everything, priced fairly , didn’t catch any fish but we had some bites, kids enjoyed the Jacuzzi bathtub, nice rainfall shower, 2 1/2 bath
We had a great stay, but if I was to recommend anything, I would recommend a sleeper sofa instead of a recliner sofa, and also some updates to the back patio. Everything else was great and these were not a big deal.
