Clean, comfortable and suitable location in the daytime to get to shopping district, effort and quick responses from the housekeeping/caretaker lady
We were concerned to walk around after sunset, as it is in a commercial area so gets quiet. The unit did not have a washing machine in it as mentioned in the description, there is a communal laundry facility and has a charge and you need an app to operate it,

A localização é excelente, a segurança do prédio também é um ponto favorável.
Banheiro apertado e sem saboneteira, a coberta disponibilizada é muito fina e pequena, não agasalha bem um casal.
