Location, location, location. Clean and beautifully decorated, and the Sunny's in the welcome package were a great idea, but
Very uncomfortable. The bed was a rock as well as the couch. The most comfortable place to sit was the deck...when it was warm enough. And it needs a place to open your suitcase. And a new dryer, and smaller washer? You couldn't open the detergent dispenser because the closet door hit the wall. The dryer had no lint trap and was full of old dryer sheets.
