Charming, modern apartment with terrace LDEM1-4

The location was incredible and it was a really lovely well presented apartment

The air con is the property was not working properly and when we were there it was currently a heatwave. The room air con wouldn’t stay on for longer than 5 minutes so for our stay we had to sleep downstairs on the floor and sofa. The host did try and help by dropping off a fan but it didn’t make much difference and it was incredibly loud.

Basically everything was perfect, from interior, location and communication with a host. There are also beautiful views to the sea from the both floors. I would highly recommend this accomodation and personally would go there again when I am on Malta.

The location of the apartment was great. It was very close to the Sliema ferry and busses and made it easy to get to Valletta and other parts of the island. There was an elevator which made it easy to get up to the fourth floor and the view from the rooftop and balcony was great. I did have some issues during my stay but the rental company was responsive and did what they could to resolve the issues. They did eventually offer me a partial refund, but going through booking.com took about three months to receive it and I had to follow up several times.

During my stay there was an issue with an electrical outlet smoking, but that was resolved the following day. The oven did not work during my entire stay even after maintenance attempted to fix it. The hot tub was not turned on when I arrived, so that took about one day to fully heat up and be useable. The rental company was responsive and helpful during my stay, I was just disappointed that some of the features that were the reason why I chose this apartment were not functioning as they should. Hopefully these things were able to be fixed after I left, and I would return if they were! I should also mention that the stairs up to the bedroom are a spiral staircase, so I wasn’t able to bring my suitcase up there and just had to unpack on the lower level.
