Apartment decour and comfort was very nice. Easy access to the apartment with digital key pad meant not having to carry keys which was excellent. Self catered apartment with all the usual amenities.
Simple things like a place to put your shower gel when you're in the shower. No bins in the apartment - all a little surprising.
The most frustrating aspect of the whole experience was trying to get my deposit back which took over a week and I felt i had to beg for it. You receive a link before your arrival when you have to handover the deposit or no access to the apartment and forever to get it back. This part of their process needs improving significantly - should be the same day or at least within 24hrs.
