Lovely decor in the room, comfortable bed
There was an incessant hum that kept us awake. Not just in the room, was hotel too. Also light coming through the rooms door from corridor.

Location was good.
The worse thing was the lack of breakfast utensils. We did not expect any food to be provided but the lack of any crockery or cutlery was very poor, as was the inability to fill the kettle from the bathroom tap! On our short tour of East Anglia this was the worst accommodation and the most expensive. Too much emphasis on decor and not enough on practical facilities.
