the overall experience was excellent and we would have given it a 10; however, because of that, I am giving it a 6.
Although the checkout time was stated to be between 11:00 and 12:00, they tried to make us leave at 11:00. We weren't ready to check out yet, and they gave us a hard time about it. They caused us distress by cutting off the electricity and water. If not for the dispute on the last day, the overall experience was excellent and we would have given it a 10; however, because of that, I am giving it a 6.
