Staff was very well behaved, very peaceful location. Timely dealing of everything. Exceptional staff.

Only thing bad is the wifi.

The location was accessible and the cost per night for the room was okay. Having proper access to hot water was definitely a plus. The terrace of the hotel had a breathtaking view.

Firstly, the staff charged us a service fee literally every time we would ask them for something, whether it’s ordering a breakfast or a bottle of water. Adding service fee is shady to begin with but to ask for it every single time we order something instead of simply at the end of the stay was weird and definitely increased our costs for staying at the place far more than we expected. Also, the budget rooms did not have a proper view but I guess that’s reasonable. However, the bedsheets we had had a few stains on them so we had to get them replaced and the washrooms did not have any exhaust fans. The towels they gave us also smelled rancid.
