El trato del responsable muy cercano. Camas cómodas, cocina bien equipada. La comodidad del parking en el edificio y la piscina en la azotea.

En las duchas se sale el agua por fuera de las mamparas, y hay que recogerlo con la fregona porque si no se acumula y termina empapándose parte del suelo. El baño de la habitación doble hubo días que olía mal.

The apartment is excellent, with a secure covered private parking space, access to the swimming pool, two bedrooms, a TV, fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a balcony, and, most importantly, air conditioning! The large corner sofa is very comfortable, and the spacious fridge with freezer is a real plus. Everything you need is provided, including bath towels, toilet paper, shower gel, sponges, salt, pepper, and other essentials. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Sachin and his wife, who were incredibly kind. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try, and they were always very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is only a 10-minute walk from the beach, about 18 minutes on foot from Carrefour Market, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it. **Extra bonus for the incredible comfort of the beds and pillows. And also a big thank you for the welcome gift**

For a longer stay, like ours, it would be more convenient to have a vacuum cleaner available so guests can keep the apartment clean themselves. Also, the rubber seals in both shower areas are a bit too short, so water leaks onto the bathroom floor. A simple replacement would likely solve the issue. In the meantime, there is a mop and extra towels available to clean up the water after showering, so it's not a major problem, but it is something that could be improved. Finally, the gym equipment seemed to be reset or tampered with every morning, making it difficult to use. We're not sure why—perhaps other residents adjust the settings—but after trying twice, we gave up. It's a shame, as having access to the gym is a nice feature of the property.

Good size. Well equipped you can find everything what you need for everyday life. Host was very helpful. Swimming pool was excellent.

Both shower screens were badly sealed and water was leaking out while we took a shower.
