Modern and cheerful villa in Javea, on the Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 6 persons. The house is situated in a rural and wooded beach area. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful lawned garden with gravel and trees, a large wonderful pool and beautiful views of the sea, the valley and the mountains. - turn on the switch at the right bottom side of the fireplace in the livingroom, otherwise you can not get the fire started

Wir waren nun bereit zum dritten Mal in diesem herrlichen Mietobjekt, und haben die zwei Wochen Urlaub gemeinsam mit unseren Hunden und Freunden absolut genossen!
Das Haus, der Garten ( besonders der Pool) sowie die ruhige Lage und die fantastische Aussicht laden zum verweilen und entspannen (bereits ab der ersten Minute) geradezu ein!
Vielen Dank, auch wieder, an das Team von Aguila Rent für den abermals tollen Support! wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf :-)

Absolut empfehlenswert! Tolles Haus, wunderbare ruhige Lage, traumschöner Blick. Es ist genau so, wie beschrieben.

The power tripped 6 or 7 times the first day including in the middle of the night while we were asleep. Same the second day. The third day the electrician visited and turned off a faulty pool pump mitigating the issue to once or twice a day (e.g. When using the stove or oven). Worth noting the pool is not heated. Close to the last day it rained a lot and it was discovered the intermittently working gate had an electrical fault as well.
There are no bins near the property at all, closest one almost 4km away.
The road to the property is very uneven gravel, washed out by the rain. Only suitable for vehicles with lots of clearance. It's somewhat remote and hard to access.
The good news is, the views from the property are amazing. The property itself is fairly well maintained. The check-in/out process is cumbersome, the agent's office is far from the property.
