敷地から四方に視界が開けて開放感のある立地。近隣民家や商業エリアとの距離もほどよく、家族だけで貸切使用できる2DKの平家は清潔で、浴室や洗面スペースも余裕ある広さが確保されており家族５人での滞在に快適でした。
現地までの道路が車の通行を想定していない里道のような、村特有の狭隘道路で初めての訪問や夜間の通行は少しハードルがあるものの、事前に丁寧に案内を受け狭隘道路を避ける駐車場も確保されていたので好印象だった。
