Lumina I Premium 3BR Apartment with Balcony I City View

Great location next to trams, metro and buses, it meant the whole of Warsaw was accessible .The concierges were friendly and the building secure. The kitchen had plenty of equipment to make basic meals. The whole place was very clean and tidy. Really quiet when the windows were shut and no noise from neighbours.

Although the beds themselves were comfy, the sheets didn't stay on the beds due to the style of the bed and not being quite big enough. A couple of more washing machine tablets would have been useful. Not enough storage in two of the rooms.

Удобное расположение, хорошее местоположение для прогулок по городу. Заселение прошло без проблем.

На второй день в ванной комнате появился очень специфический неприятный запах.

Todella siisti, viihtyisä ja tilava asunto. Tyylikkäästi sisustettu ja hyvin varusteltu. Erinomaiset sängyt. Sijainti oli loistava, julkisen liikenteen pysäkit aivan lähellä. Lähistöllä myös paljon kauppoja, ravintoloita ja ostoskeskus. Yhteydenpito omistajan kanssa oli sujuvaa. Saimme luvan viedä matkatavarat jo ennen sisäänkirjautumisaikaa asuntoon, mutta kun olimme viemässä niitä, asunto olikin jo valmis, tämä oli mieluisa yllätys. Vaikka asunto on melko vilkkaalla alueella, se tuntui todella turvalliselta, kulku on lukitun portin ja aulan kautta, jossa oli vartija.

Liikenteen äänet ja raitiovaunujen kolina kantautuu asuntoon, tosin se on asia joka pitää näin hyvästä sijainnista hyväksyä :) Pimennysverhot olisi hyvä olla joka makuuhuoneessa, nyt oli vain yhdessä.

Clean interior. Located near public transit for easy access downtown. The living room/kitchen area are relatively spacious. Nice shower.

Far smaller than the pictures make it out to be. This apartment should not be advertised as a 3 bedroom - if you tried to fit 6 people here, it would be chaos. 4 people were too much for a stay over 2 days. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very small. In one of the bedrooms, you physically cannot walk around the bed. If you run into problems (we did), the management company will attempt to side step your request until you remain persistent or request compensation, then they’ll do something.
