O apartamento é muito confortável e equipado. Com uma vista muito boa e internet ótima para trabalho. Há eletrodomésticos e roupa de cama limpa disponivel.
A localização é um pouco confusa, o bairro não oferece muitos serviços e a rua alaga rapidamente quando chove. Piatã tem uma praia linda, mas é perigosa. O flat tem espaço para oferecer algum café da manhã, mesmo que pago a parte, seria muito interessante.

Location is great. Beach is very close and there are a lot of stores nearby that are very accessible by foot. The building is quiet and clean and modern. Roberta the host was really helpful and nice. Overall a pleasant experience.
Had to force the door to open and close it. Also, in the photos there was a water filter near the sink but when I went to the apartment there was none. Lack of door on the shower is also not ideal. These are minor stuff for quick stays though.
