The property is true to it's pictures. Bed is comfortable. Pillows are a bit lumpy but I always bring my own pillow so that was not a problem. There is a huge space in the room for packing items. The property bathroom had soap. It looks like a hotel room. There are many power sockets in the room for all electronic charging. Even with just usb cable. Admin will create a group chat only on arrival day itself with detailed information on how to enter the property. Door is locked with pin number (not a key) and condo lift requires a card to assess room floor.
Got some of those black ants in the room and they will go on the bed. The staff does not respond on booking.com chat. Note that if you lose the key card, replacement fee is 100rm. They might try to ask you to pay for an additional night but you should not. Need black out curtains!
