The owner was very friendly and welcoming at arrival and during our stay. Perfect spot, lovely place to stay. We enjoyed every moment at Palmsbeach 5. Will like to book the place again on a later stage.
The pots and pan need to be replaced.

I liked the flat and the location.
There were broken doors, which were not acceptable to me. Two of the doors were damaged by the doorstop. Another type of doorstop will not damage the doors. Actually, come to think of it, doorstops are not necessary as the doors stay open when you open them. The brown lime in the toilets was not a pretty sight and could be removed. the mildew in the shower, which I know could be a problem, but if you rent out the flat, then it should be attended to. The oven pans were dirty when I wanted to use it. There was only one mirror in one bedroom at the height for a 5 year old child. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the other bedroom to use when blow drying my hair. I normally bring my 5 meter extension cord with me, but my luggage was already over the prescribed weight and I could not fit that in my bag. If I had that, then I could have used the bathroom mirror to look in when blow drying my hair.
