Luxury Oceanview Suite at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach with Balcony, King & Sofa Bed

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this apartment! We were a group of three adults and one child, and the space was exceptionally comfortable and spacious for all of us. Located on the 15th floor, the balcony offered breathtaking views of Miami Beach—sitting outside to take in the scenery was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Having a full kitchenette made it so easy and convenient to prepare quick meals and snacks right at home before heading out to explore. Although the building complex is classic and has some history, it is exceptionally well-maintained and clean—far from feeling outdated or neglected. It felt like a fun, vibrant maze with wonderful amenities around every corner. The staff throughout the complex were attentive, incredibly friendly, and went out of their way to take great care of us. There are several pools, including a massive main pool that our group loved, as well as a great variety of shops and restaurants right on-site to suit every craving. The fitness center was also top-notch—exceptionally well-equipped and maintained. The location couldn't be better. You have direct access to the beach, with just a lovely coastal path to cross. That boardwalk trail was fantastic; it stretches all the way from South Beach up to North Beach, making it the perfect spot for morning runs, walks, and staying active outdoors. On top of everything, communication with the host was outstanding—always crystal clear, incredibly friendly, and wonderfully welcoming from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Miami Beach. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

Someone was there late to meet us at the hotel and help us get oriented.

The instructions for arrival were not clear. This unit is a part of the hotel, but the hotel is not responsible for maintaining it. The check-in location wasn't clear. We had make several attempts at trying to access the property from different entrances plus needed to worry about valet not being available in the complex where the unit was located. I wish we had a clearer set of directions so we didn't have to spend 30 minutes trying to figure it out late after the flight.
