The hosts are what made this experience exceptional! From the Concierge that walked us through the paperwork and answered quickly to any questions, to the exit of the property, they made everything seamless and easy! The room was great. Very nice and clean. It was nice to have a balcony too. The beach is just steps away, so many places there to eat. We really enjoyed our stay.

It is a great facility and you are able to enjoy all the benefits of the hotel while being in a private suite with a balcony. The pool area was excellent and had 1 extremely large pool along with 2 smaller ones.
Check in takes a little more coordination than just walking up to the front desk but not a biggie.
The bed was a little soft for me but I like a firm mattress.

Someone was there late to meet us at the hotel and help us get oriented.
The instructions for arrival were not clear. This unit is a part of the hotel, but the hotel is not responsible for maintaining it. The check-in location wasn't clear. We had make several attempts at trying to access the property from different entrances plus needed to worry about valet not being available in the complex where the unit was located. I wish we had a clearer set of directions so we didn't have to spend 30 minutes trying to figure it out late after the flight.
