    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The location of the place is close to historical site and museum. Along with multiple highly rated cuisines and local food. All within a 10 mins or less drive by motorbike.

    First time here and it’s just a stone throw from the location that I need to go in Hang Dau Street. It’s also very near to the bus station where you’d alight if taking airport line 86 from Hanoi airport. If you alight from the Old Quartier stop, keep to your right side (west), you’ll see a row of shop lots and lookout for a staircase between the shops. It will lead you straight to Hanique below the stairs. Truly a super convenient location, and one could take 86 express back to the airport. Room was really big, and it’s more than sufficient for one. It has a small electric stove for those that like to do simple meal preparation or reheating. Staff was friendly and accommodating I was on the 6th floor and it has a nice view overlooking the street and the neighborhood. There’s no restaurant in the building, but food is readily available just outside of the hotel. Just a suggestion: it would be nice to have a small bath mat in the bathroom, to prevent fall of customers. And cups with ears for those who likes tea or coffee, reason being current one provided is a glass and temp is too high when drinking hot beverages. WiFi is easy to connect, but might need to improve on the speed in the near future. Overall, a pleasant stay and I’d return when coming back to Hanoi’s old quarter again

    Booked this place about a week before my trip from SG to Hanoi. In fact, this place did not appear in my search on Agoda, and I actually found it on Google Maps first. I really enjoyed my stay here as the room was very spacious and clean. No weird smell. It came with a kitchenette and there's also a microwave. Bed was firm and comfortable. Hot shower water pressure was strong and readily available. It's location is tucked away in small street away from the heavy traffic so the room was quiet at night and I could get a peaceful sleep every night. Another plus point is that you can easily get good food within 100m of it, like pho bo, bun reiu, bun ca and not forgetting the well-known Banh cuon Ba Xuan and Cafe Giang. I also caught a cold on the 3rd day and the staff (special shoutout to Son) went above and beyond to get medicine and porridge for me. I was really touched by the gesture and felt well-taken care of. To me, this place is exceptional! I'd definitely stay here again instead of paying 2 to 4 times more to stay in the more central and noisy parts of Old Quarters. Thank you Hanique!
