Excellent location, great for getting to London and a lovely little area of modern apartments that are obviously well looked after.
We just wanted a bed in a clean apartment for the night within easy reach of London. Because of this, we don't have anything to complain about because we got what essentially we needed from the stay. Others wanting more from facilities and their stay might want to check the facilities first before booking.
I'm sure it was just an unfortunate oversight but the bedding was absolutely, completely crumpled, like it had just been taken out of the washer dryer and thrown on the bed, which wasn't properly made. The bedding for the sofa bed was separate from the duvet and pillow so we had to put everything together late at night. The sofa bed was ok though.. the main bed mattress was very uncomfortable but was ok for one night. For both beds there were only three pillows which were massive and impossible for me to use so I had to go without. I think, as paying guests, a little more care could have been shown to us but for what we needed, on the whole, all was ok. Just need a good sleep now 🤦🏼‍♀️🙂

Apartment was new and area felt safe. Near coffee shop. Owner was great at responding and to any messages I sent
Parking can be difficult but it was doable with lay-bys outside the building
A little far from tube station.
Bed was not the most comfortable
Found it weird that I wasn’t allowed to use dishwasher.

Good location for the purpose of the trip.
Couldn’t use anything in the kitchen.
Small, uncomfortable sofa bed and bedding wasn’t available at time of arrival.
