Затишний двір, чудові умови проживання, є все необхідне. Поруч АТБ, Сільпо. До моря хвилин 7 пішки. Пляж з приємним пісочком, є пірси, місце без хвиль. Ловлять рибу хлопці на пірсах. Поруч "Дорога здоров'я" для незабутніх прогулянок. Дуже раджу це місце. Набагато спокійніше, ніж в Аркадії. Мені ця частина Одеси сподобалась.
