Idealna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko latarni Rozewie i zejścia Lisi Jar. Do centrum Jastrzębiej Góry ok 15-20 minut spacerem z dziećmi. Zadbany teren wokół budynku. Czysty basenik (woda podgrzewana, ale nadal raczej zimna, gdy na dworze zimno ;), strefa saun (jedna nieczynna - chyba od dłuższego czasu). Bardzo wygodny odbiór kluczy ze skrzyneczki przy drzwiach. Parking podziemny to bardzo duży atut. Samo mieszkanie raczej wygodne. Dużo szaf i szafek do przechowywania. Dość dobrze wyposażone.
Zacinający się zamek w drzwiach. Trudna do ustawienia temperatura wody w kranach (albo zimna,albo ekstremalnie gorąca).

The apartment met our expectations perfectly. A well-equipped kitchen, a small but adequate terrace, proximity to the sea, a heated "indoor" pool and a garage parking spot with parking space no. 1 being a big advantage - as the others were harder to access - especially for larger cars.
The issue with the fridge definitely needs to be resolved for the future as keeping it closed with a cloth is not an adequate solution and the shower enclosure - specifically its opening and closing mechanism - also deserves attention. The air in the apartment felt sometimes heavy due to poor circulation and it was also shame that the grass on the terrace hadn't been mowed.

Możliwość bezpiecznego parkowania w garażu pod budynkiem, dobra lokalizacja - blisko morza, czysta plaża, byliśmy przed sezonem więc cisza i spokój sprzyjały wypoczynkowi,
Najbliższe zejście na plażę jest w złym stanie technicznym, powinno być przebudowane. Dbałość o czystość w części wspólnej budynku wymaga poprawy. Niezbyt czytelne cyfry kodu w skrytce na klucze.
