Welcome to the Hereford House! This beautiful home is part of a working Hereford cattle ranch, quiet, 1/2 mile off Hwy. It boasts 4 inviting bedrooms including 1 king bed and 1 queen trundle with a full pull out on the main floor.
A bunkbed queen on bottom with twin xl on top are located in the daylight basement (renting the two extra bedrooms and basement bathroom are available for and additional fee).
With 3 bathrooms, one featuring a jetted bathtub, guests can relax and unwind in style. The charming decor and cozy atmosphere make this property a fantastic choice for your next getaway. Two living rooms, one on main floor, one in daylight basement. Wrap around deck. Fenced yard, with both grass and small play area offers security for children and dogs. House Rules:
1. No smoking or vaping indoors.
2. Small events or parties are allowed with prior approval.
3. 2 dogs of any size are welcome. Please pick up after your dogs.
4. Dogs not allowed on the furniture or on the carpet in the basement.
5. Dogs must be on a leash or locked in the fenced yard at all times for their safety.
6. Stay off all equipment, stay out of all out-buildings, and stay out of the cattle pastures. Humans and dogs alike.
7. Boats and RV parking is available but please let us know in advance so we can mark parking locations that won't interfere with the ranch.
8. The garage is not available to guests, as it is used in ranch operations.
9. If any items in the house are damaged or missing after your departure, you will be charged the cost of item or damage on top of your original room charges.
