Located on the 1st floor of a residence without lift, the 47m² apartment has been created with a vegetal-themed decoration.
The living space includes a large room with a lounge area equipped with a convertible sofa, a dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen.
Large bay windows opening onto the wooden terrace, provide plenty of light and offer a panoramic view of the Lacanau national forest.
Whether you are reading on the sofa, preparing a good dish in the kitchen or simply sitting down for your lunch, you will have pines as your horizon.
You will enjoy the terrace at any time of the day: to share your breakfast, do your gym or yoga, or at aperitif or dinner time.

This apartment has a master bedroom (160 bed)
Towels and bed linen are not included for stays of less than 4 nights. You can reserve them for an additional 15 euros per person.
NEAR
The central beach is 50 meters from the apartment, or the quieter southern beach about 500 meters away. The golf courses are 5 minutes by car and for shopping and restaurants you are at the foot of the city center. Carrefour contact is a 5-minute walk away. You can just park the car and do everything by foot or by bike.

Nous avons passé nos vacances à Lacanau et l'appartement proposé par Emilie est vraiment très chouette. L'appartement dispose d'une très belle et grande terrasse. Un autre point positif est que l'appartement est situé vraiment à côté de la plage.
Je recommande vivement.

Le séjour s est globalement bien passé.
La situation géographique est excellente et l aspect générale de l appartement est satisfaisant et la terrasse géniale.
Je déplore néanmoins la basse qualité des matériaux utilisés pour cet appart rénové ainsi que les finitions des travaux vraiment minimales…
Les rangements pour les vêtements sont limités, je mettrais une penderie dans le placard de la salle de bain et j ajouterais des équipements pour sécher serviettes et combinaisons (spot de surf!)
Il serait également sympa d avoir deux ventilateurs à disposition.
La terrasse se situe juste au dessus des appartements des saisonniers , ces derniers ont été plutôt respectueux mais sont jeunes et donc peuvent parfois être bruyant le soir.
Ces commentaires ont pour vocation à améliorer cet appartement et non pas à me plaindre inutilement.
J ai d ailleurs passé de très bonnes vacances

Appartement très agréable au centre de Lacanau Océan, proche de la plage.
Appartement neuf avec une terrasse tres agréable et spacieuse!
