Welcome to our bright and comfortable home, perfect for families, couples, or working travelers. Located just 10–15 minutes from the National Mall, Navy Yard, and Capitol Hill, this peaceful space offers the comfort of home while staying close to all the action.

Main house only – the basement is a completely separate unit with its own private entrance and separate guests
Easy and free street parking – no permit required
What You’ll Love Inside:
• Spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area
• Fully stocked kitchen with essential cookware and appliances
• Two cozy bedrooms upstairs with comfortable beds and fresh linens
• Little closets with sliding mirrored doors in each bedroom for your convenience
• Half bathroom on the main floor, full bathroom upstairs
• Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, washer & dryer for your use
Good to Know:
• The main home is completely private, with a separate entrance from the basement unit (which may have other guests)
• Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM to ensure comfort for all
• Please avoid parking in front of the two immediate neighbors’ homes
Transit Access: Potomac Ave and Anacostia Metro Stations are a short drive away, and bus stops are nearby. While transit is available, having a car is highly recommended for ease and flexibility.
Within 10–15 minutes: Navy Yard, Harris Teeter, Whole Foods, The Wharf (great restaurants & waterfront), and all major DC attractions.
This is a local residential neighborhood – not upscale, but a quiet block near a main road. It’s not a walkable area for shopping or dining, but everything is very close by car or bike.
