10 min to hospital made it easy to go back and forth multiple times a day. The house had everything we could have needed. We appriciated the early check in as well.

We were there for UTMB race in Fruita. This place was perfect. The host was really accommodating when I reached out to inform her of some of our plans. A great day for sure!
