The third floor, under the roof, has a bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 cm. Comfortable, bright spaces with everything necessary for your stay.

Located in Cimadevilla, in the heart of Gijón's historic centre, next to Plaza del Lavaderu and very close to San Lorenzo beach and the marina. Surrounded by cider houses, restaurants, local shops and leisure areas, with a Restaurant-Cider House specialising in fish and seafood on the ground floor.
