The open and eat-in kitchen features wood and white cabinets, quartz counters and backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances, dining table for 4, and a breakfast bar that seats 3 with a walnut counter top. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, all with large closets that are fully organized with built-in drawers, and 2 large linen closets. Brand new bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower. The lower level has a family room with sofa and a 2nd tv, and a 4th br with large and organized closet. There is a full laundry room with a new washer/dryer and a utility sink. This home sits on a double corner lot and is fully fenced in with new 5' cedar fencing. 2 car garage. Central ac, all bed and bath linens provided, fully stocked kitchen with serving ware and pots/pans, and hairdryers and basic soap/shampoo provided. Pets welcome.
