The place is in a worn down neighborhood but the inside of the home is nice and clean. The neighborhood felt safe. The home had everything we needed and is about a 15 minute drive to historic Savannah. We were very pleased with the ease of the rental and communication from the owner. For a short weekend it was perfect for what we needed.

The house was clean, stock with coffee, creamer, sugar and even snacks. We stayed with our dog and the host even have treats, dog bowls and a dog bed, we brought ours but it was a nice surprise. The host was available for any questions. It was our first time in Savannah and it was lovely. He also has some brochures of different tours and information to do, games for the kids and books. Beds are comfy and everything was provided. We really appreciate everything and definitely will use it next time we plan a trip to Savannah, hopefully not far away.

I enjoyed easy communication with the owner. Fast responses. I had a coffee loving family of 5 adults in my crew and they loved the extra touch of everything needed for coffee already supplied. For me the continuous hot water and good powerful enough shower spoke volumes. I count on that when I leave home. Plus, it's just too cute inside the house. My teenage daughter loved the reading nook.Thanks for being very responsive Mr. Nickels.

The house was set up so cute! The toys were a hit, my toddler loved playing in the room with the daybed. The beds were super comfortable. Everything was nice!
