Renovated stone house, farmhouse, cottage in the countryside. Easy access, All amenities 5 min. 1h30 from the beaches, 45 min from Bordeaux and Angoulême. Hiking departures from the property. Varied landscapes.

Traveler access
Private access to the entire house+ the covered terrace + garden of the cottage.
Access to the swimming pool shared with the owners. Open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Access to the "guinguette" area, EXTRA CHARGE depending on availability and plans (organization of small events) to be seen together.

Pets can be accepted depending on the case, see directly with us.

CLEANING: Tenants must return the premises tidy and in a normal state of cleanliness.
Here is what is required of tenants before departure:
Thus, please ensure that the following points are respected before your departure, in which case an additional cleaning fee of 200€ will be applied:
-Tidy kitchen and clean dishes
-Each object must be returned to its original place
-Beds must be unmade
-Garbage (garbage cans, glasses) thrown away (see book)
-Floors, walls, curtains, blankets, etc. must not have any stains, the floors must not contain any elements (food, mud, stones, grass, etc.) or be damaged (e.g. flooded floors or broken tiles).
-Any broken or stolen object (breakage not related to wear and tear) must be reimbursed.
-A maintenance kit is available in the cellar cabinet as well as under the sink.
The included cleaning fees paid by the tenant correspond to:
-Maintenance of the exteriors and the swimming
