About this house rental
Las Pircas is a country house with a private pool, surrounded by farms and wineries. It is located in the area known as Los Caminos del Vino, 20 kilometers from the city of Mendoza and 5 kilometers from the city of Luján de Cuyo.
The house has large windows that make it very bright and blend it into the landscape of the Mendoza foothills. It’s a home where we’ve spent time living, so it has the warmth of a place that, with its books, movies, music, and paintings, makes it a very comfortable space.
Equipped to accommodate 4 guests, it has 2 bedrooms and a spacious loft that opens onto the front terrace overlooking the pool, while the backyard features a grill and a clay oven. The garden is bordered on one side by a small vineyard that produces the Malbec grapes used in the wine we make.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances: a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a hand blender, etc. Meanwhile, in the loft, there’s a 43" Smart TV with DirecTV, Wi-Fi, and a large library.

The property was beautifully situated in a quiet area of Lujan de Cuyo and on its own tucked away plot of land. The yard dog greeted us upon our arrival. The landscape was stunning and the house itself was quaint and cozy.
