The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stovetop and electric oven, while the dining area comfortably seats seven, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

Four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms offer flexibility: a master with an ensuite, a queen room, and two twin rooms with single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with fans, heaters, ample pillows, and bedside lighting for a restful stay. There are two full bathrooms and a separate downstairs toilet for added convenience. A dedicated study nook in the dining area provides a quiet workspace. The private laundry room, located inside the house, includes a washer and dryer for guest use.
