Ideally positioned just minutes from St Leonards Golf Club, the historic pier and boat ramp, and the charming town centre, Seabreeze St Leonards offers a true coastal lifestyle. Guests can explore award-winning Bellarine wineries including Jack Rabbit, Terindah Estate, Scotchman’s Hill, and Bellarine Estate, all within a short drive. The property is also perfectly placed for fishing, boating, and enjoying the Bellarine’s renowned food and wine scene.
This expansive, light-filled home is designed with both relaxation and entertaining in mind. In addition to the upstairs open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area, guests can enjoy two other spacious living areas, perfect for spreading out and unwinding.

*Note* The swim spa is available for guest use as a plunge pool only and is not heated. Heating is not available. Guests should not expect the plunge pool to be heated, and no compensation will be provided for missed expectations regarding water temperature.
*Note* Garage is not available to guests for parking, the driveway and street can be used for guest parking

Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 4 - King single bed plus single trundle with wardrobe
