About this house rental
The stay
Cook in the well-equipped kitchen, gather in the casual lounge or settle into the separate fireplace sitting area. Large windows connect the interiors with the coastal setting. The house accommodates up to eight overnight guests.
The rooftop terrace offers ocean views, loungers and a separate seating area. A sauna and gym add ways to unwind at home. The current hot tub is on the patio beside the house and lawn, not on the bluff-top deck.
Important outdoor-access information
The oceanfront bluff-top viewing deck and all areas beyond the safety fencing are closed and unavailable for guest use. Please do not enter, cross or move the barriers. The rooftop terrace is a different area and should not be confused with the closed deck.
Beach access is through a private neighborhood gate that requires a key. The beach itself is public and the route includes stairs. There is no guest beach route through the closed deck or back garden. Please ask about the current route and room layout before booking if stairs, uneven ground or separate bedroom access affect your plans.
One downstairs bedroom is accessed via the garage or a private exterior entrance.
Good to know
The house is near the Santa Barbara Airport flight path, so aircraft may be heard overhead. Maximum overnight occupancy is eight guests, with no more than four vehicles on site. Existing quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
For safety reasons, all minors must be supervised at all times. The property sits on a bluff with natural drop-offs and guests are asked to exercise caution near the edge at all times.
Joe's approach is thoughtful, personal and restrained: a home prepared for your arrival and clear communication about the stay. Send Joe a message through Vrbo with questions about the house or access before reserving.
