About this apartment rental
This vacation rental features a bedroom with a flat-screen TV, a living and dining area with a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a DAB radio and, of course, free Wi-Fi. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge in our vacation rental. Outside, you’ll find a small terrace where you can relax.
The vacation rental’s location is ideal for setting out on beautiful day trips to the Upper Harz region, such as to the Brocken, or to the surrounding area. Many sights and experiences await you.
And best of all: you can leave your car behind and reach everything on foot or by public transportation, some of which you can use for free with the Harz Card. The train station is very centrally located, about 25 minutes away—on foot!
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll also find plenty of shopping options and bakeries where you can stock up on all the delicacies you’ll need during your stay.
Since you’re practically in the center, the market square and its famous historic town hall are just about an 800-meter walk away. Isn’t that great?!
So you’ll always have plenty of options for a hearty breakfast in the cafés or a substantial dinner at one of the many restaurants.
We’re happy to provide useful tips and recommendations for your other activities—after all, we’re locals!
The Bürger- und Miniaturenpark, the Harz Narrow-Gauge Railway’s demonstration workshop, and the Baumkuchenhaus in Wernigerode are all great places to spend some time. Other great destinations for lots of fun in our area include the glassworks in Derenburg, the Hexentanzplatz in Thale with its spooky witch village, the Rübeland stalactite caves, and for those looking for an adrenaline rush, Harzdrenalin—with the “Titan” suspension bridge, the Megazipline, and more—is the perfect spot.
Dear vacation guests, we’d like to extend a warm welcome to you in advance to our “hearty” vacation rental on Nöschenröder Straße in Wernigerode. The house was built around 1750 and therefore has quite a few stories to tell.
We’ve poured our hearts into this vacation rental and, after several months of renovation work, are now ready to open it for you.
Come and enjoy our beautiful Wernigerode and set out on a discovery tour. There’s so much to see, such as our beautiful town hall, the castle, the charmingly restored half-timbered houses, and the old Brocken Railway—to name just a few.
