Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms ensure privacy and convenience.
* Primary Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite bathroom.
* Second Bedroom: Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom.
* Third Bedroom: Two twin beds next to the hall bathroom.
* All bedrooms include a SmartTV and an armoire.
Living Areas
* Main Living Room: Unwind by the cozy gas fireplace, play the piano, or enjoy our collection of books, games and a SmartTV.
* Sunroom/Playroom: A bright, inviting space with backyard views and toys for younger guests.
Kitchen & Dining
* A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals.
* Coffee options include both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.
* Dining room with seating for 6 and cozy breakfast nook for relaxing.
Outdoor Space
* Spacious deck shaded by a large live oak tree.
* A propane grill is available for outdoor cooking.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house or on the property.
No Parties: To be respectful of our neighbors, parties and event gatherings with a number of people in excess of the maximum occupancy are not permitted without prior approval.
Access: Guests will have full and private access to the entire single-story home, including all three bedrooms and bathrooms. You are also welcome to enjoy the spacious outdoor deck and the large backyard. Check-in is seamless with a keyless entry system.
Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are present on the property monitoring the exterior areas.
Privacy: We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we are not on-site, we are always available via the app or phone if you need anything during your visit. Please note that the detached garage and the second-floor garage apartment are not accessible to guests. Our son, who is attending A&M, lives in the garage apartment; although he may walk along the driveway to access his car on the street, he will not interfere with your private enjoyment of the main house and backyard.

Beautiful historic home! House has many little extra touches you don’t always see in rentals and it made it feel extra special. Nicely remodeled for modern amenities. Very convenient to Legends Event Center. Having 3 full bathrooms really helped accommodate us with ease. If you like antiques, there are lots of interesting, beautiful pieces to look at. Beds were comfortable and rooms had fans. Would love to stay here again!

Only rave reviews for this jewelbox! Beautifully restored home that highlights the original architecture while providing all expected modern comforts. Beds, linens and pillows all cozy; kitchen well appointed; living areas comfortable to relax. Everything has been well considered. No notes!
