House with new heated swimming pool & staff (2)

House with a saltwater heated pool, just renovated in August 2025. Staff is provided to help you prepare breakfast with your groceries and leave the house clean before noon. Built on a single level, with few steps. It features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a pool, a barbecue, colonial-style decor, a large kitchen, parking, and is surrounded by trees.
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood yet is conveniently situated in Cuernavaca.
The space
The house is laid out in a square shape, making it very easy to navigate. There is a ramp leading from the parking lot for guests with limited mobility or family members with disabilities. However, there are a few steps to climb to reach the bedrooms.
Guest access
The cleaning service included in the rate consists of making the beds in the morning, removing trash from the bathrooms, and cleaning the kitchen after breakfast. More thorough cleaning, or services such as cooking lunch or dinner, are charged extra per day.
Other things to note
In addition to the swimming pool, which was fully renovated—including the heating and salt system—a few other updates were made to the house, such as: new TVs, new Wi-Fi, updated kitchen appliances, and updated lighting. August 2025
