Our home is modern, light, and bright with incredible views of Four Peaks and the world-famous fountain which goes off at the top of every hour for 15 minutes.
The spacious great room has comfortable seating, dining table, large island w/breakfast bar, and a fully stocked ultra-modern kitchen with all amenities for your use.
INCREDIBLE OUTDOOR SPACES
Spend your days in the spacious backyard retreat lounging by the pool. There are louge chairs, and umbrella, a built-in bbq and a dining table. The swimming pool is open year-round but not heated.
As the sun moves from the font courtyard, it is the best place in town for happy-hour and to enjoy stunning views of Four Peaks and the world-famous fountain. There are recliners,additional comfortable seating and a table fire pit for additional ambiance.

The Master Suite is a dream! Wake up to stunning view of Fountain Hills, Four Peaks, and the Fountain.
Relax in an adjustable king-size bed, a leather lounge chair enhances the space, along with dedicated office space. The room has black-out shades and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. There is direct access to the front courtyard from the bedroom.
The master bath is pure European luxury with fully tiled walls, a double floating vanity, dedicated make-up area with LED mirror, a stand-alone jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower with jets, seperate WC with floating toilet, floor-to-ceiling storage closet, a large walk-in closet as well as a smaller closet, both with dressers. Come in directly to the master bathroom from the pool.
On the other side of our home are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.
The beige and white bedroom has direct access to the backyard and pool through a slider, a queen bed, and make-up table.
The black and silver bedroom has a double bed with a twin trundle, and direct access to the full bath.
Both rooms have black-out shades, ceiling fans, and spacious closets, TVs have HDMI connections to plug-in Amazon Firestick and/or other streaming devices.
European bathroom has floating vanity and toilet, tiled walls, and walk-in shower with jets.
The laundry room is equipped with washer/dryer and an additional refrigerator/freezer for your use.
Other things to note
There is a short driveway to drive up to the 2-car garage.
We will make accommodations for smoking in the outdoor areas.
There will be an additional charge of $10 per night for each additional guest over 6 persons.
