About this house rental
The Hartford 1856 is a one of a kind property with extras around every corner. Available for mid-term rental with a minimum stay of 30 days.
With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 3 patios, a fully fenced yard and a 2 car garage that acts as flex space for (2) additional guests, no detail has been spared.
The Hartford 1856 has an open concept floor plan with a massive kitchen island as a gathering space for meals, games and memories. A gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas oven/stove, Nespresso maker, Crate & Barrell tableware, All Clad pots, and barware.
The large living area boasts a top of the line oversized power reclining sectional, the infamous Halyard Lounge Chair, and a flat screen Smart TV & Sonos sound bar creating the perfect space to relax around the gas fireplace or to be entertained.
The primary bedroom is surrounded by windows that overlook the interior patio with a luxurious queen bed made with European stone washed linens. A reading chair and dresser and oversized mosaic mirror complete the room. The primary bathroom has dual sink vanity, oversized glass shower and walk in closet with built ins.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with Europoean stone washed linens, reading chair and walk in closet with built-ins.
The third bedroom has two twin beds with European linens that can be modified to create a King bed with a large closet with built in shelving.
The second bathroom has a large storage closet, dual vanity sinks, and a bathtub/shower.
The laundry room has new GE Profile Smart washer/dryer, cabinet storage and utility sink.
The two car garage can be used as a garage or as flex space and has two full sized murphy beds with built in lighting, two murphy closets, a flat screen on a swivel mount, a Peloton bike & one charming cruiser bike, weights for guest use, and a large ceiling rack for gear storage.
Patios
The covered & sheltered front patio is a luxurious oasis any time of year to relax. From sipping morning coffee & watching people walk to the Saturday Market in the summer, to warming up with a glass of wine by the fire pit apres ski, it's a fun space to enjoy.
The interior dining patio boasts a six person table and chairs, string lights and umbrella & privacy screens. Perfect to share the warm Bend evenings in the summer with family & friends.
The xeroscaped back patio and yard has two chaise lounges & table for relaxation in the sunshine, as well as a large Weber BBQ grill.
