You’ll have access to the entire home, with the exception of a small owner’s storage room.
PLEASE NOTE: IF anyone tampers with any cameras, you will automatically void your contract and will be asked to leave.
Also, if you move anything, please move it back. If you take anything from the home, you will have to pay for that.
Lost key fee is $75...I do have a keyless lock, but there is also a security door that has a key.

Property had an interesting name-held my interest. Proved to be a wonderful experience. Home was impeccably clean and very welcoming. Enjoyed the Kentucky Derby with my sisters and their husbands. Coming back to this house was a fun time for us and it provided a peaceful setting for us to be together. Highly recommend.

One of the best properties I've ever stayed at. Very peaceful, very clean. Has every amenity you could ask for and more. They host was very pleasant and informative. Will be staying again!

Well maintained classic home close to Exposition Park, Churchill Downs, downtown. Host was prompt with all communications and very helpful. Parking for three or four vehicles, lots of space for kids.
