About this house rental
Fully renovated charming house of 115 m2 with pretty garden of 70 m2 in a quiet residential area.
On the 1st floor, air-conditioned sleeping area:
- "Black and gold room"
1 bed in 140
- "Terracotta room"
2 beds in 90 and a water point (sink + mirror)
- "Olive room"
2 beds in 90 and balcony
- Independent bathroom

The first floor:
- Living room with open kitchen
- Independent bedroom opening into the entrance SAS (140 cm bed, shower room, toilet and small kitchen).

For the 1st floor
Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Quality bedding, "Emma" mattresses.
Bed linen is provided in the rooms.
The beds in the "olive room" and "terracotta room" can be grouped together for a couple in a bed in 180 or arranged in two single beds of 90 (to be specified when booking).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, storage unit, heating and cleaning products. Towels not provided (Possible at an additional charge of 10eur/pers, to be specified when booking)
Separate toilet.

The accommodations are close to a large petanque court, a children's playground, a fitness trail and the market on Saturday mornings.
The health and sports trail crosses the city.
The port huts, Outdoor dining is located near the beach in July and August.
The funfair is set up at the entrance to the city in July and August.

- Departure before 10am
- No smoking in the accommodation.
- Pets prohibited.
- Events not allowed.
- The number of people will be checked by the camera in the entrance SAS.
- No noise after 9:00 pm, close neighbourhood.
In the event of a disturbance or complaint from the neighbourhood, we will end the stay by going through the site.
- DO NOT THROW ANYTHING in the toilet except toilet paper.
- It is forbidden to wash overalls in the washing machine.
- When using air conditioners in heating or air conditioning mode, please keep the windows and doors closed.
- In winter, use reversible air conditioners as heating DO NOT USE THE RADIATOR.
- Do not leave the bathroom heating on all day, it is an auxiliary heater to be used only when you are in the room.
* We ask you to consume electricity responsibly, otherwise you will be charged for overconsumption.
- LOCK windows and doors while you are away.
- Put your bins in the outdoor containers, in the parking lot. Don't forget to take them out on the day of departure.
- Do the dishes and put them away on the day of departure.
- The garden must be left clean (barbecue emptied of ashes and terrace clean).
For longer stays, the house must be maintained and regular cleaning must be carried out by the guests.
Bed linen must also be washed regularly.
I will intervene once a month for a more thorough cleaning.
For bookings made by a company, I would like a guest's phone number.
Remember to inform your employees of the house rules.
