The beach-style compact condo has 4 adult-only units and 3 owners. It sits relatively higher than most on the island and has proven to resist the latest hurricanes. It has 2BR and 1Bath. It has a decent-sized front porch. Inside there is a fridge, stove, small microwave, coffeemaker, and sorry, no dishwasher! This 570-sqft unit is owner-occupied and you may find a few extra items Enjoy this little oasis of paradise on Treasure Island.

You have access to the entire ground floor and around the building. As a bonus, I am including for you 2 precious parking lots! The inner coastal or Sunset beach is essentially one block away. Enjoy & Relax!

This property is in one of the quietest places of all St Pete/Clearwater Beach - as it is located at the peaceful end of Treasure Island by the exquisite Sunset Beach.
Enjoy on one side the Gulf Sunset beach and the other side (few steps apart) the Inner Coastal beach (depending in the tides or the winds)! ALL amazing options between the dolphins and the migrating birds!
