***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the area, Publix is very close and convenient The house was clean and the staff was always available to help with questions or any help needed. Beds are nice and comfortable Do wish the hot tub hours were extended a little bit (close at 9)But the pool house area is loaded with amenities, heated pool nice grills fire pit super clean and quiet area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the start, Benchmark was always timely with their responses. Email and text are the best way to reach them but they do answer the phone. The house was just like it was described. It was very clean and not worn. The unit was updated. The only downside was a few appliances that need attention. The oven burners could use some deep cleaning and toaster could be updated. Everything else was perfect. The neighborhood was great and very welcoming.

The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. However, it seems that it isn’t maintained very well. Door code didn’t work and took a minute to get that resolved. Dishwasher didn’t work, and although they provide some paper plates and plastic ware , we had 10 adults and cooked nightly. It was a real inconvenience to hand wash dishes all week. WiFi was terrible, however they did come and fix it but it is so slow. Kitchen hood over stove dripped water, ceiling vent in hall bathroom dripped water the entire time. Freezer was missing a shelf. Dresser pulls missing on Master Bedroom downstairs, so you had to leave them pulled out some so you could access the drawers. Toaster didn’t work. We toasted with the oven. Alarm system cords and control is located near the ground outlet where small children can reach and unplug. Faucet in upstairs bathroom right sink handle is loose. Light above stove is out and flickers Wasp nest above front door. Recommend an additional lock or deadbolt on back door. The door is never locked from the inside making it easy for small children to open. If these things were all addressed and fixed it’s a great property. It’s a lot of small things and when you pay this much to stay you expect things to work. We didn’t let it ruin our trip and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We just felt bad for the owners that so many things have been neglected. Now that off season is here, I’m sure it will all be fixed. I would stay again once repaired.
