I have stayed at Napili Ridge for several years in different units & this one was very good.Pros: Clean & neat, with appropriate supplies for cleaning while I was there. Kitchen had most of the basics & some extras like a salad spinner, which was useful. Stove worked fine. Shower had good pressure & temp control. Bed was comfortable. Big TV. Outlets mostly in convenient locations for charging. Short walk to the pool & laundry. Beautiful view of Moloka'i from the lanai. Overall, Napili Ridge is a great choice, it is quiet, clean, & conveniently located.Cons: No dish-drying rack. No place for clothing storage other than a trunk with things on top of it & hanging in the crowded closet. Napili Ridge rules are no hanging towels or swimsuits from the balcony, so a folding rack would be a useful addition to the unit. Bathroom storage also minimal. Vertical blinds are a bit worn & missing in a couple spots, which impacts privacy. Knives were extremely dull-- use them with great caution!Aside from the unit, communication with the host was ok. I believe they are on another island & I traveled just after the Kona Low storms, so this may have impacted things. I had to reach out a couple of times to confirm my reservation was complete & again to ensure I had the door code before arrival.
