Had no heat when we first got there. It was thanksgiving day. They were great with bringing some electric heaters and blankets. The next day the AC guy came out and fixed everything. They did very well with communication and did the best they can to fix the problem. Like I said the next day everything was great

House was great. I don't recall this was listed, but the backyard was fenced in, which was great to let our dog wander around. Check in was easy, communication was great. Thank you for sharing your home!
