This newly renovated two-bedroom townhome features a cozy fireplace, a private pond-view deck with a grill, and all the comforts you need after a day of adventure. In summer, lounge at Boulder Lake Club’s beach and pool, hike at Hickory Run, fish right from the pond, or golf nearby. In winter, enjoy direct slope access to Jack Frost Ski Resort. Whether you're chasing snow or sunshine, Green Peaks Hideaway is the perfect place to unwind.
Welcome to your cozy mountain hideaway!
Downstairs, the living room features a wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV with cable, a portable AC, and a walk-in closet. There’s also a fold-out couch that can sleep one guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave, plus a Keurig, kettle, and toaster to make mornings easy. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.
Upstairs, you’ll find both bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, smart TV, dresser, drying rack, and a portable AC unit. The second bedroom has a full bed, twin bunk beds, a smart TV, and a closet with extra linens, an ironing board, and an iron. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. All mattresses are brand new. In the bathroom, enjoy an oversized bath with a matching curved shower rod. A hallway closet is stocked with additional towels.
In the winter, it's just a short several minute walk to the ski slopes, with a drying rack on the front porch for your gear.
In the summer, enjoy catch-and-release fishing in the pond just outside. A fishing rod is available in the walk-in closet downstairs.
For a warm, sunny day by the beach or a swim in the heated pool, guests can take advantage of our membership to a nearby private lake club. Day passes are available for $25 per person, with discounts for multi-day access.
