This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located by the front door facing the front entrance, 1 camera is located above the garage facing the driveway, and 1 camera is located at the back door facing the backyard and patio. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence
- Guests planning to bring their own boats must provide a copy of the boat registration, the declaration of insurance, and a signed moorage agreement from the guest contact 20 days prior to the arrival. Guests can not use or park at the community dock. When the tide is low, the boats can not access the cofferdam
