About this apartment rental
Our modern and bright vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Königslutter in the beautiful ELM region—you’ve probably heard of it from crossword puzzles: a mountain range near Braunschweig 😅
The vacation rental is approximately 70 square meters in size, features a large balcony, and is suitable for up to 2 adults + 1 child (and up to 2 dogs)
There is a spacious living-dining room with a large dining table, a large, comfortable leather L-shaped sofa, and a TV.
The bedroom has a double bed that is 1.60 cm wide, and there is an extra guest bed for a child in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven, stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. And there’s a washing machine.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
The ELM right outside our front door is perfect for wonderful hikes without steep inclines—the highest point is only 323 meters above sea level.
There are plenty of different trails—there’s something for everyone ☺️
Since we’re otherwise in the flat countryside, it’s also a great place for biking.
We’re located in a quiet spot on the outskirts of town, ideally situated between the Harz Mountains and the Lüneburg Heath—both are easily accessible in just under an hour for a day trip.
A swimming pool, supermarket, bakery, drugstore, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The nearest major cities are: Braunschweig (the “City of Lions”), Wolfsburg (Autostadt), and Magdeburg.
Up to 2 dogs are, of course, welcome and stay free of charge 🙂
