This elegant one-bedroom is your private sanctuary beneath the city, designed to envelop you in a soft, cloudlike calm atmosphere that feels both intimate and luxurious.
Step briefly into the main house’s shared hallway. From there, a second internal door leads directly to your private basement suite, featuring a spacious living room designed with soft textures and ambient lighting, creating an inviting space to unwind.
A warm bedroom retreat featuring rich chocolate walls, wooden accents and a curated mix of plush fabrics that soothes and delights.
A stylish workstation perfect for remote work or creative projects.
A charming dining area and a fully equipped private kitchenette offering all the essentials to prepare light meals. Microwave, air fryer, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and utensils are all available in the kitchenette. Guests are also welcome to use the main house’s full kitchen, stove and amenities upstairs if needed. Just let us know, as this is shared with another long-term tenant.
A subtle, chic bathroom featuring modern fixtures, stocked with plush towels and calming scents.
Guests have access to a private deck and backyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors or enjoying a quiet moment under the stars.
The laundry area for the main house, including a washer and dryer, is located in the basement suite. The long-term tenant will access this area only once a week on Saturdays, with advance notice given to ensure your comfort and privacy.

The main house is occupied by a resident tenant. While she's happy to assist occasionally, such as providing access to the shared kitchen when arranged, we ask that guests respect her space and privacy, keeping interactions minimal.
