About this house rental
Wow! Nestled in the Allegheny Mountains, this beautiful four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath, 3,600 sq ft contemporary farmhouse in the mountainside Sheep Meadow neighborhood of the Homestead Preserve can sleep up to ten. Relax in the rocking chairs on the covered wrap-around front porch or in front of the fireplace on the screened-in rear porch. At night, sleep in luxury in a master bedroom that is furnished with a king-size Westin Heavenly® bed. The house is decorated with beautiful artwork from around North America. Also for your enjoyment is an outdoor gas grill, miniature pool table, games, books, puzzles, high-speed wi-fi (100 mbps), five large flat-screen televisions, and cable television. If that's not enough, take advantage of the various activities at the nearby Omni Homestead Resort.
On the main level of the house, you will find a living room, dining room, kitchen, master suite with full bath and private porch, screened-in back porch with fireplace, wrap-around covered front porch, laundry, and half bath.
On the upper level, you will find a second master suite with a sitting area and full bath, another bedroom with its own full bath and furnished with bunked full beds and two twin beds (one trundle), and a study area with desk and bookshelf.
On the lower level, you will find a family room, game area, fourth bedroom, full bath, and two-car garage.
House sleeps 10: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 fulls (bunked), 2 twins. Dining for 6 at the table; 4 at the breakfast bar.
Restrictions: NO smoking and NO pets.
In addition to use of the house, guests have access to Old Dairy Community Center in Warm Springs, just an 8-minute drive. Enjoy an outdoor pool and kiddie pool (open seasonally), hot tub, sauna, fitness center, locker rooms, and game rooms (including pool table and foosball) as well as the Milk House Market, open daily for lunch and dinner with full bar, snacks & ice cream to go, indoor and outdoor seating.

Just arrived home after a great family vacation in Hot Springs. Thank you for sharing your lovely home . It was perfect for our family . Quiet and peaceful Enjoyed the Jefferson pools. Only disappointment was the difficulty we had getting into the Dairy Barn pool and center. Do want to inform you that we did break the glass shade to a lamp in your lower room. Please advise us as to how we can reimburse you! So very sorry! Again thanks for sharing your home. Becky and Ernie May

Wonderful experience! The home is beautiful and the owners were very thoughtful! It was meticulously cleaned and in excellent repair. Thank you for the welcome basket - what a lovely touch! Very close to the Omni and warm springs. We enjoyed this trip so much.

This was a perfect home for a weekend birthday getaway with friends and a few adult daughters. We were close to the Homestead, where we attended afternoon tea. The Homestead's North Hiking Trail goes right past the house, so we hiked one morning, starting at the house. The house was well equipped for all our needs. Will definitely plan on staying again!

Location was picturesque. Amenities were most adequate. The house was clean neat and ready for us. Weather was colder than normal, so the stacked wood was a bonus and a treat. The host was very responsive to our requests.
