The Space:
Welcome to Summerwood, a newly renovated retreat nestled on the highest point of Breeze Hill Lane in East Hampton. With sweeping views of Three Mile Harbor and water access just 300 feet away, this 6-bedroom, 4-and-a-half bathroom home offers both privacy and proximity to top waterfront restaurants.
The main level features two bedrooms, a full marble bathroom, a living room with wraparound windows and a stone wood-burning fireplace, and an updated marble kitchen that flows into a dining room with a gas fireplace and garden views. A sun room with a changing area and powder room opens directly to the privately fenced backyard, where you’ll find a swimming pool, hot tub, and a well-maintained lawn surrounded by natural greenery.
Upstairs includes two large suites and two guest rooms. The master suite offers a walk-in closet, soaking tub, dual vanity, and a spa-like shower. The junior suite features a fireplace, walk-in closet, seating area, and a bathroom with a shower and bench. The two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two sets of extra long twin bunk beds, share a full bath with soaking tub and shower. A game area, reading nook, and laundry room complete the floor.
A detached two car garage provides ample storage for paddle boards, kayaks, and surfboards. With grandfathered clearing and surrounded by acres of nature preserve, this residence is a serene and spacious East Hampton escape just minutes from the best of the Hamptons.

The appeal is apparent from even the briefest of glimpses down Main Street—from the postcard-pretty Town Pond to the west, to the iconic Hook Windmill at the village’s eastern leaving. Add in the ocean to the south and it’s easy to see why this place is a boon for artists, writers, and other creative souls.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
The pool is open seasonally. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.
Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Security deposit
A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
