Inside, enjoy two living areas, a sleek kitchen, and a spacious BBQ deck that opens to a lush backyard. With off-street parking and the Stockton Ferry Wharf just minutes away, Newcastle’s lively CBD is only a scenic ride across the harbour.
This single-level home welcomes you with a picket fence, navy weatherboard exterior, and a front porch perfect for morning coffee. Inside, the main living area pairs heritage charm with comfort, featuring stained-glass windows, a decorative fireplace, and plush seating. Further in, a second lounge provides a relaxed spot for movie nights or board games, complete with soft carpet and a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, and pour-over coffee setup, making it a dream for home cooks. Just beyond, the dining table for eight opens to a spacious covered deck featuring a full outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas BBQ, storage, sink, and relaxed alfresco dining. Outside, the fully fenced backyard offers a safe and sunny space for kids to play.
As night falls, retreat to one of four peaceful bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, direct deck access, a spacious walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with a rain shower. A lovely well equiped and comfortable house. Inside decor was very tastefully done. Nice outside area with covered in BBQ which is perfect to sit around in any weather. Just a short walk to the wharf to catch the ferry into Newcastle - convenient. Would highly recommend l.

Our stay was comfortable, clean and specious. Lovely set out home with beautiful features. We had everything we needed to cook with and lots of plates , cups, glasses and utencils. Location was perfect easy walk to ferry and access to foreshore. Not alot of information from Stays , as we had to call owner who responded quickly with how to access properly. Had to locate the wifi box for access code to wifi also.Down side we had no tissues, not enough toilet paper, not enough bin bags and glad wrap. The main bedroom also has no blinds so no sleeping in. I would recommend this property to everyone and woukd love to stay again
